Dr. Christie is Diplomate American Board of Radiology. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center. Following completion of his residency, Dr. Christie established his practice in San Angelo at San Angelo Community Medical Center where he Chief of Radiology, Executive Committee member, Vice Chief of Staff and later, Incoming Chief of Staff. He also served as President of Concho Valley County Medical Society and Chief of Radiology for Duncan Regional Medical Center. Dr. Christie is currently the Medical Director for LakePointe Imaging Center and Community Hospital as well as for the Oklahoma City market for Servant Imaging. He is most interested in image guided, minimally invasive procedures especially as regards the spine.
Dr. Costello attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and his residency in radiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Following his residency he then completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging. Dr. Costello is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Whitley grew up in “The Heart of Texas”, and attended Baylor and Texas A&M, before graduating from The University of Texas Medical Branch with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, in 1978. He returned there to graduate from medical school in 1985. He completed his residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, division of the University of Illinois, in 1989. Dr. Whitley served in the United States Navy as a Reserve officer from 1983 to 1992, and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1990 and 1991. Dr. Whitley has been a staff radiologist at U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan, Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, California, Memorial Medical Center of East Texas in Lufkin, Texas, Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tahlequah City Hospital in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is currently Imaging Coordinator for Eagle in the Tulsa Metro area, and Medical Director for Servant Medical Imaging Center of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He has been married to Louise since 1980, and has 5 children.
Dr. Cristie Lehr attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma. She completed her residency in radiology at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dr. Lehr is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. She has continued her medical career in Tulsa the last nine years providing radiology services at Cherry Street MRI and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Dr. Lehr is currently the Medical Director for CT of Tulsa Imaging Center.
