Byron H. Christie, M.D.

Dr. Christie is Diplomate American Board of Radiology. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center. Following completion of his residency, Dr. Christie established his practice in San Angelo at San Angelo Community Medical Center where he Chief of Radiology, Executive Committee member, Vice Chief of Staff and later, Incoming Chief of Staff. He also served as President of Concho Valley County Medical Society and Chief of Radiology for Duncan Regional Medical Center. Dr. Christie is currently the Medical Director for LakePointe Imaging Center and Community Hospital as well as for the Oklahoma City market for Servant Imaging. He is most interested in image guided, minimally invasive procedures especially as regards the spine.
Dr. Christie has been married to Dede Christie since 1989 and they are the parents of three lovely young ladies, Ali, Katie, and Rachel. The Christies are avid outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy travel. Dr. Christie is a serious bowhunter and is on a quest to hunt all 28 species of North American big game with his bow. He is also an avid cyclist.

 

Richard F. Costello, Jr., D.O.

Dr. Costello attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and his residency in radiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Following his residency he then completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging. Dr. Costello is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology.
Currently Dr. Costello is Medical Director for Servant Imaging Oklahoma City Market.

Dale M. Brannon, M.D.

Dr. Brannon is Diplomate of the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. He attended medical school at Oklahoma University College of Medicine. Dr. Brannon completed his residency at Oklahoma University Medical Center in Nuclear Medicine in 2004. Dr. Brannon currently serves as Medical Director of Nuclear Medicine at Lakepointe Imaging Center, Imaging Solutions of Tulsa, Brookhaven Diagnostic Imaging, and McAlester Diagnostic Imaging. Dr. Brannon is also Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Radiological Sciences at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center.

Mark Whitley M.D.

Dr. Whitley grew up in “The Heart of Texas”, and attended Baylor and Texas A&M, before graduating from The University of Texas Medical Branch with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, in 1978. He returned there to graduate from medical school in 1985. He completed his residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, division of the University of Illinois, in 1989. Dr. Whitley served in the United States Navy as a Reserve officer from 1983 to 1992, and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1990 and 1991. Dr. Whitley has been a staff radiologist at U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan, Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, California, Memorial Medical Center of East Texas in Lufkin, Texas, Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tahlequah City Hospital in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is currently Imaging Coordinator for Eagle in the Tulsa Metro area, and Medical Director for Servant Medical Imaging Center of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He has been married to Louise since 1980, and has 5 children.

Cristie Lehr M.D.

Dr. Cristie Lehr attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma. She completed her residency in radiology at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dr. Lehr is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. She has continued her medical career in Tulsa the last nine years providing radiology services at Cherry Street MRI and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Dr. Lehr is currently the Medical Director for CT of Tulsa Imaging Center.
Dr. Lehr has been married to Dr. Bill Hawkins since 1999. They have three children Ryan, Katie, and Scott.

Eric Slimmer, Practice Manager Eagle Imaging Partners
Slimmer Medical Management, L.L.C.


Eric Slimmer attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and received his Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology in the spring of 1996. He then began his career at Hiawatha Community Hospital in Northeast Kansas as a Radiology Technologist cross training in CT and Ultrasound. In July of 2000, Eric assumed an administrative position as clinic manager of Corporate Care, an Occupational Health facility located in Kansas City. He relocated to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where his Healthcare Administrative Career continued as Operations Manager of Radiology Services at Integris Baptist Medical Center. Eric currently acts as the Practice Manager for Eagle Imaging Partners of Oklahoma and Director of Imaging for H.P.I. Eric is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technology and the American Registry of Radiologic Technology, Certified in Radiology and Computed Tomography.
